Fill all the necessary fields and submit.
NOTE: you are to submit the printout of the application form with copies of your credentials and Two Passport Photographs to the college.
No Admission for a student below the age ten(10).
Admission Form Fee: N5,000 (Non refundable),and must be paid into any of the college bank accounts: First Bank-2022456812 or Union Bank-0001544867. Take the teller to the college bursary dept to collect your receipt and pin. This pin would be requested at the point of submitting your filled form online.
